Dr. Meghan Cherry is a compassionate and dedicated medical provider specializing in Family Practice and Palliative Medicine at Caro Primary Care. She provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, emphasizing building lasting relationships and promoting overall health. Dr. Cherry is committed to helping her patients live full, healthy lives and takes pride in supporting those with life-limiting illnesses through expert symptom management and palliative consultations.

Dr. Cherry joined Aspire Rural Health System in October 2023, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her educational journey began at the University of Michigan, where she earned a degree in engineering. She then pursued her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. After completing her Family Medicine Residency at Trinity Health Livingston, Michigan, she further specialized with a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Trinity Health Ann Arbor. This strong foundation reflects her deep commitment to patient-centered care.

Dr. Cherry chose Family Practice because of her passion for developing meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients. She values the opportunity to support her patients through every stage of life, offering personalized care tailored to their goals and needs. She is especially proud to serve the tight-knit communities of Michigan’s Thumb region, where she has found a true sense of connection and purpose.
