Clinical laboratory testing plays an important role in patient care at Aspire Rural Health System, because analysis of a person’s unique genetic makeup can assist medical providers in prevention, early detection, diagnosis, and monitoring of ailments and diseases. Our commitment to using the highest quality of testing procedures ensures that you and health care provider can get accurate and timely test results, close to home.

  • Blood Transfusion Services
  • Supports Aspire Rural Health System Emergency, Inpatient, and Surgical Departments 24 hours per day
  • Serves as a reference laboratory for our physician practices
  • 24/7 outpatient hours are available at Aspire main hospital locations in Cass City, Marlette, and Deckerville
  • We contract with Joint Venture Hospital Laboratories (JVHL) which allows for billing through most insurances
  • Our labs are professionally accredited through CAP (Hills & Dales, Marlette) and COLA (Deckerville)
  • We offer more specialized testing through reference laboratory services
  • We provide phlebotomy and testing services to community healthcare providers and locations, such as MediLodge, Tuscola County Medical Care Community, etc.
