EVENT INFORMATION
United Hospice Service of Marlette Regional Hospital invites the community to lace up their walking shoes and join us for the 2026 Annual Hospice Walk on Saturday, June 6, 2026. This heartfelt event will take place at Gayle’s Trail at Marlette Elementary School (6230 Euclid Street, Marlette), with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. and the walk starting at 9:00 a.m.
Participants are welcome to walk at their own pace and as far as they’d like on the scenic, paved trail. This annual walk offers a meaningful way to honor or remember a loved one while raising funds to support local hospice care. Recognition will be given during the event for those being honored and memorialized by participants.
There are several ways to support this year’s event. Sponsorship opportunities are available for individuals and businesses, ranging from Walk Supporter at $30 to Platinum Sponsor at $1,000. Sponsorship and registration forms should be submitted by May 20 to ensure t-shirt availability and inclusion on event signage. Shirt may be picked up at the United Hospice Service office, located at 3006 Main St., Marlette, or at the event. On-Site registraiton is available the day of the event for $35.
Even if you’re unable to attend, you can still support United Hospice Service through a monetary donation. Every dollar raised helps provide compassionate care and support to hospice patients and their families in our Thumb communities.
