Aspire Expands Specialty Care with Addition of Dr. Anthony Davies

May 28, 2026

Aspire Rural Health System is pleased to welcome Dr. Anthony Davies as its new Interventional Pain Physician, bringing advanced pain management services closer to home for patients across the Thumb region.

Dr. Davies will see patients at the Aspire Deckerville Main Street Clinic, where he will provide interventional and integrative pain management care focused on helping patients reduce pain, improve movement, and get back to the activities they enjoy most.

Integrative pain management means looking at the whole person — not just the pain itself. In addition to advanced procedures and medical treatments, Dr. Davies works with patients on other factors that can affect chronic pain, including sleep, movement, stress, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.

“Chronic pain affects every part of a person’s life — from work and sleep to spending time with family and enjoying everyday activities,” said Dr. Davies. “My goal is to help patients move better, feel better, and improve their quality of life through personalized care that focuses on both the source of pain and the overall health of the patient.”

Dr. Davies offers a wide range of pain management services, including image-guided injections and other advanced procedures designed to treat chronic pain conditions safely and effectively. While many treatments can be performed in the clinic setting, more complex procedures will also be offered at Aspire’s Deckerville Community Hospital.

“Adding advanced pain management services at both the clinic and hospital level demonstrates our commitment to growing healthcare services locally,” said Jessica Rich, Aspire Practice Manager. “We are excited to welcome Dr. Davies and continue expanding specialty care options close to home for the communities we serve.”

In addition to his clinical experience, Dr. Davies has held teaching appointments at several respected universities throughout Canada and has worked in healthcare systems across Nigeria, Trinidad, the United States, and Canada. His broad experience helps shape a patient-centered approach focused on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Dr. Davies is now accepting patients at the Aspire Deckerville Main Street Clinic. To schedule an appointment, call 810-376-3100.
