Rebecca McKee, FNP-C

Rebecca McKee, FNP-C, serves patients of all ages as a dedicated family practice provider at Cass City Medical Practice. She has been with Aspire Rural Health System for five years, bringing her expertise in family practice, internal medicine, and occupational health to her local community. Rebecca’s practice covers a wide range of services, including routine primary care visits, immunizations, preventative and wellness exams, DOT and employee physicals, Workman’s Compensation, drug screenings, and birth control, specifically Nexplanon implant placement.

Rebecca’s journey in healthcare began as a combat medic in the U.S. Army. She later pursued nursing at St. Clair Community College, completing her LPN, and went on to Ferris State University for her RN. Her desire to expand her skills and provide more comprehensive care led her to complete her FNP degree at South University. With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, Rebecca sought to advance her career as a nurse practitioner, eager for the autonomy to assess, diagnose, and treat patients within her scope of practice.

A strong advocate for family practice, Rebecca chose this specialty for its versatility and the opportunity it affords her to work with patients of all ages and in diverse settings. She’s especially passionate about serving her hometown community, embracing Aspire’s commitment to fostering a healthier future. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys family time with her husband and their four children, all of whom were raised in Cass City. She’s an avid supporter at her children’s volleyball and softball games, a U of M fan, and has a creative side, indulging her love for decorating. If she weren’t in healthcare, Rebecca imagines she’d be planning parties, bringing joy to others in a different way.
