EVENT INFORMATION
Aspire Rural Health System will be offering reduced-rate health screenings including basic metabolic panel, complete blood count, HbA1c, lipid profile, liver panel, prostate-specific antigen (PSA), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), and vitamin D. Lab rates range from $16 – $40. When arriving, ask for a form at the front desk.
These “Know Your Numbers” discounted rates are available only on the event date for self-pay by cash or credit card. These prices cannot be billed to Medicare, Medicaid, or any other insurance and may not be submitted for reimbursement. All screenings are walk-in, and no physician order is required. Screenings are provided in accordance with Michigan law for direct access testing.
