We are excited to share with you the establishment of the Aspire Rural Health System Foundation (adding Deckerville Community Hospital and merging the former – Hills and Dales Healthcare and Marlette Regional Hospital Foundations). We are united knowing that we are “better together”. This unification will significantly strengthen and expand accessibility to rural healthcare for thousands of residents in our thumb region of Michigan.
A gift to the Aspire Rural Health System Foundation is a meaningful way to engage in a partnership with your local hospital and to ensure that Thumb Area communities have access to quality health care services, close to home.
Aspire Rural Health System is a 501c3 non-profit hospital (TIN 35-2368240) and all contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
A Friends of Aspire membership is attained through an annual gift of $100 or more from an individual, couple, or business. For those members wishing to increase their support, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Cornerstone Society membership opportunities are available. As a member, you will be recognized in the Aspire Newsletter, and you will be invited to attend special events throughout the year.

This initiative will include opening the reception area through selective wall removal, adding a new reception and check-in window, installing updated countertops, replacing flooring, and creating additional provider offices. These improvements will result in a more welcoming, functional, and streamlined environment—ensuring patients receive care in a space that reflects the quality and compassion of the services provided.
