Bone Density is a measure of the amount of minerals, primarily calcium and phosphorus, in a given volume of bone. Bones with higher mineral content are denser, stronger, and less likely to break.
Computed Tomography is a medical imaging method that can generate a three-dimensional image of the object, from a large series of two-dimensional x-ray images taken around a single axis of rotation. We offer a wide variety of CT procedures including CTA exams and CT Guided Biopsies.

3D Mammography is an imaging test that combines multiple breast X-rays to create a three-dimensional picture of the breast.
3D mammography’s exceptionally sharp images has been clinically proven to detect forty-one percent more invasive breast cancer over 2D technology and has proven to reduce callbacks for additional testing by 40%. 3D technology is also FDA-approved as a superior screening technology for women with dense breast tissue.
Women’s Imaging Center:
The Gordon and Gayle Miller Foundation Women’s Imaging Center at Marlette Regional Hospital offers a relaxing, welcoming, and private atmosphere for women undergoing 3D ultrasound, 3D mammography, and bone densitometry procedures.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a noninvasive imaging technique that uses radio waves and a powerful magnet to create detailed images of almost every structure in the human body. MRI studies include General MRI, Breast, Prostate, Enterography, and Arthograms.
Thumb MRI is a joint-venture between Aspire Rural Health System and Scheurer Health. Thumb MRI is located on Hills & Dales Healthcare’s Main Campus in Cass City, Michigan, bringing the convenience of reliable imaging results to the Thumb.

Nuclear Medicine is a medical specialty that uses radioactive substances to diagnose and treat diseases in organs and tissues.
Types of Nuclear medicine scans include Hida Scans, Bone Scans, Muga Scans, Cardiac Stress Tests, Thyroid Scans, Lung Scans, Renal Scans, White Blood Cell Scans, and Gastric Emptying Studies. Aspire also offers Nuclear Medicine with CT spect.
A positron emission tomography (PET) scan is an imaging procedure that uses a radioactive tracer to create 3D pictures of the inside of the body. This type of scan shows how organs and tissues are functioning by measuring changes in metabolic processes, blood flow, and other physiological activities.
An ultrasound is an imaging test that uses sound waves to make pictures of organs, tissues, and other structures inside your body.
Ultrasound procedures include Abdominal Ultrasounds, Pelvic and Obstetrical Ultrasounds, Echocardiograms, Stress Echocardiograms, Carotid Dopplers, Vascular Ultrasounds, Vacuum-Assisted Biopsies, and MSK Ultrasounds.
We have the capability to image a wide variety of radiographic procedures, including general x-ray procedures and fluoroscopy.
