Aspire Rural Health System is proud to have partnered with the Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office for Operation Santa’s Sleigh, Trailer Edition, a heartwarming initiative that successfully brought Christmas cheer to families in Bakersville, North Carolina, impacted by Hurricane Helene.
Through the generosity of the community, Aspire Rural Health System collected new unwrapped toys, winter hats, and gloves for children of all ages. The donated items were handed over to the Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office, who transported them to North Carolina, ensuring that children in Bakersville experienced the joy of Christmas despite the challenges their families faced.
