Aspire Rural Health System Welcomes New Orthopedic Surgeon

Aspire Rural Health System is pleased to announce that Dr. Mark Davis, DO, has joined the team at Aspire of Marlette as an Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr. Davis brings over 25 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, providing a full range of services for patients of all ages.

Born and raised on a farm in Williamston, Dr. Davis has deep roots in the region. His wife, originally from Vassar, shares his enthusiasm for returning to their home state. The couple’s twin boys have recently graduated from high school and have both been accepted into Pre-Med programs. The Davis family is excited to be back closer to their extended family and to become active members of the Marlette community.

Dr. Davis began his medical career at Michigan State University (MSU), where he served as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Alongside his academic role, he maintained a private practice and most recently practiced in Arizona. Dr. Davis obtained his Medical Degree from Michigan State University, where he also completed his Osteopathic Surgery Residency and Medical Internship.

He holds memberships with the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and is a Diplomate of the State of Michigan Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery.
